About Terry Hallauer
For the past 10+ years, I have owned and managed a real estate investment business located in Southern NJ (Vineland/Cumberland County). I am focused full-time on buying, rehabbing, renting, listing and selling single-family homes in the local area.
As a licensed NJ Realtor, I enjoy working with potential home buyers to navigate their way through the process of mortgage qualification, property searches, offer negotiations, home inspections, and closing. As a full-time real estate professional, I feel that I am uniquely qualified to assist families in finding the right home, in the right condition, in the right neighborhood, at the right price because I am personally active in Buying and Selling real estate in the local market every month. My 10+ years of "flipping" houses in a declining economy have provided me with an extensive understanding of not only construction/repair costs, but also a comprehensive knowledge of home values. As a full-time Realtor/Investor, my clientele will have full access to my local market experience, long list of contractor relationships and the professional service/expertise of a full service A-Z brokerage team at Exit Homestead Realty.

Our approach of supplying a quality product has lead us to be one of the premiere investment companies in the south jersey area. My extensive knowledge of construction cost control, and project management skills enables us to provide this quality product at an affordable cost to homebuyers and renters throughout the south jersey area.
Over the years, I have enjoyed the relationships I built and the educational process of working with both new homeowners and new tenants.
